About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity to step into a senior, consultative sales role where relationships, technical insight, and long-term value creation truly matter. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will support both new construction and ongoing service agreements within a commercial smart buildings automation environment, helping organizations operate safer, more efficient, and future-ready facilities.
You will work closely with contractors, consultants, developers, and end users across large commercial environments such as healthcare, education, and industrial settings. Operating within the building automation and technology services space, this role blends strategic selling with trusted advisory work, partnering internally with operations and delivery teams to ensure customer outcomes are met with excellence.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll own and deliver on new bookings and profit goals aligned to your assigned sales quota.
- In this role, you’ll build and manage a healthy pipeline, forecasting results and delivering consistently.
- You’ll act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer challenges and recommending tailored solutions.
- You’ll develop and execute vertical market and account strategies to drive sustainable growth.
- You’ll collaborate with internal teams across operations, finance, legal, and sales support to close complex deals.
- You’ll represent the organization at industry events and professional associations to strengthen market presence.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive sales experience within building automation or a related technical field
- Demonstrated ability to sell complex, value-based service and technology solutions
- Strong financial, negotiation, presentation, and account development skills
- Experience working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
- Exposure to cloud-based, IoT, or data-driven service offerings is an asset
