This is a career-defining opportunity to shape the corporate brand of a growing, mission-driven real estate organization with a national footprint. As the Vice President of Corporate Marketing, you will define and champion the corporate marketing strategy, ensuring the brand reflects the organization’s values, vision, and commitment to excellence.

You will work closely with the executive team and cross-functional leaders, translating strategic objectives into impactful campaigns, digital initiatives, and corporate storytelling that resonate with investors, partners, and communities. Your work will influence the company’s positioning as a leading voice in the Canadian real estate market while fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and brand ownership across the organization.

What’s in it for You

You will lead a dynamic, multi-disciplinary marketing team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your ideas and leadership have a tangible impact. This is a hands-on role where your strategic vision, creativity, and operational expertise will be fully supported by a collaborative, values-driven culture.

You’ll gain exposure to national-level marketing initiatives, innovative digital campaigns, AI-driven analytics, and enterprise branding projects, all while mentoring a high-performing team and contributing to meaningful organizational growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll define and lead the corporate marketing strategy, ensuring alignment across all business units, properties, and communications.

  • In this role, you’ll build, mentor, and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary marketing team grounded in creativity, collaboration, and accountability.

  • You’ll oversee corporate communications, digital marketing, social media, paid campaigns, content, SEO/SEM, and AI-driven initiatives to optimize engagement and ROI.

  • You’ll create and deliver executive and investor presentations, thought leadership materials, and brand storytelling assets that enhance corporate credibility.

  • You’ll lead market and competitive intelligence initiatives to guide strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

  • You’ll cultivate an internal culture of brand ownership, partnering with HR and Communications to strengthen engagement, employer brand, and integration initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive corporate marketing leadership experience, ideally in real estate, property management, or multi-market service industries

  • Proven track record in corporate brand strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise-level marketing campaigns

  • Expertise in AI-driven marketing, data analytics, and performance measurement

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills with credibility at the executive level

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business; MBA or advanced degree an asset

  • Bilingualism (English/French) preferred
