About the Opportunity We are partnering with an innovative healthtech startup on a mission to make healthcare fast, transparent, and accessible. As they expand into the Canadian market, they are looking for a strategic Provider Success Manager to serve as the bridge between their platform and the healthcare community. This is a unique chance to join a growing organization at a pivotal moment and help shape the future of virtual care delivery.

You will play a central role in enabling physicians, nurse practitioners, and licensed clinicians to launch tech-enabled practices. Working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams, you will ensure providers have the tools and support they need to succeed. This is an ideal environment for someone who is operationally minded, passionate about healthcare innovation, and eager to make a tangible impact on how care is delivered.

What’s in it for You

Join a team expanding into Canada and play a key role in establishing the brand and operational footprint in a new market. Work within a dynamic startup environment that values agility, transparency, and creative problem-solving. Gain exposure to cross-functional teams and deepen your expertise in the evolving landscape of digital health and private healthcare markets.

Your Responsibilities In this role, you will lead the engagement and onboarding journey for new clinicians, ensuring they are set up for long-term success. Your daily focus will include:

  • Engaging prospective clinicians to clearly communicate the service model and guide them through the signup process.
  • Delivering an efficient, high-touch onboarding experience that covers digital profile setup, virtual care readiness, and liability navigation.
  • Educating providers on how to build sustainable, direct-to-patient practices using marketplace strategies and platform tools.
  • Identifying in-demand specialties and care models, such as virtual walk-in clinics or mental health support, that align with regional needs.
  • Collaborating with product and operations teams to continuously refine the provider experience based on user feedback.
  • Ensuring full compliance with Ontario’s regulatory frameworks, including CPSO telemedicine guidelines and local standards.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, practice management, or provider enablement, specifically within primary care or telehealth.
  • Deep knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system, with a focus on private or direct-pay markets and virtual care regulations.
  • Familiarity with professional liability coverage (such as CMPA or HIROC) and Ontario regulatory guidelines.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM tools and a comfort level with learning new technology platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust with medical professionals.

Note from the Hiring Manager

"We are looking for a builder who understands the nuances of the Canadian healthcare system but isn't afraid to disrupt the status quo. If you are passionate about empowering clinicians and expanding access to care, we want to hear from you."
