About the Opportunity

We are excited to partner with a trailblazing healthtech platform that is redefining how healthcare is delivered. As they expand their innovative footprint into the Canadian market, they are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to join their mission of making healthcare fast, transparent, and accessible for everyone.

In this role, you will be the face of the organization to clinics and healthcare providers across the country. Working within a dynamic start-up environment, you will bridge the gap between technology and patient care by expanding a network that prioritizes out-of-pocket and supplemental services. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence the future of private-pay healthcare in Canada.

What’s in it for You

This is an invitation to join a workplace that values innovation, agility, and the drive to make a difference. You will receive mentorship from industry leaders in the healthtech space and gain unparalleled exposure to the growing private care sector. We offer a culture that celebrates growth and empowers you to take ownership of your territory as you help shape a brand-new market presence.
Our client offers a competitive base salary ($90,000-$110,000) + commission, bonuses, vacation, and full benefits.

Your Responsibilities

  • In this role, you’ll oversee the implementation of regional sales plans, specifically targeting private clinics, specialty groups, and wellness providers.

  • You will lead outreach efforts to educate potential partners on the platform’s value, focusing on how it improves patient access and streamlines booking.

  • You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from qualifying new leads to ensuring a seamless handoff to the Customer Success team.

  • In this role, you’ll nurture long-term relationships with practice owners and clinic managers to ensure sustained network growth.

  • You will represent the organization at industry events and webinars, acting as a key advocate for digital transformation in healthcare.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of progressive B2B sales experience, specifically within the Canadian healthcare or healthtech landscape.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through proactive pipeline management and direct outreach.

  • In-depth understanding of Canadian supplemental and private-pay services and how they interact with provincial health systems.

  • Strong proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to maintain accurate outreach data and reporting.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decision-makers in a clinical setting.
