About the Opportunity

Join a collaborative, service-focused organization where your technical expertise will directly support a high-performing team. In this role, you will ensure employees have the tools, systems, and support they need to do their best work every day.

Working within a dynamic professional services environment, you will provide hands-on IT support, maintain core infrastructure, and partner closely with external MSP and MSSP teams. You will also contribute to facilities and audio-visual operations, becoming a trusted go-to resource for both technology and workplace support.

What’s in it for You

You will be part of a people-first culture that values initiative, teamwork, and continuous learning. This is a place where your problem-solving skills will shine and where you will have the opportunity to expand your technical breadth across systems, security, and infrastructure.

You will gain exposure to a wide range of technologies, collaborate with supportive leaders, and enjoy the stability of an organization that prioritizes balance, reliability, and professional growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, applications, and network connectivity.

  • You will troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, mail flow, VPN, VoIP, and desktop issues.

  • You will manage user lifecycle activities in Azure Active Directory, including onboarding, offboarding, and group access.

  • You will maintain and configure Microsoft 365 tools, including shared mailboxes and collaboration resources.

  • You will log and track tickets in Jira and escalate issues to MSP/MSSP partners as needed.

  • You will support hardware lifecycle planning, procurement, equipment setup, and IT onboarding for new hires.

  • You will provide onsite A/V, facilities, and general office coordination support to ensure a safe and well-functioning workspace.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of IT support experience, ideally in a multi-system environment.

  • 3+ years working with Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).

  • Experience collaborating with MSPs or MSSPs is an asset.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network environments.

  • Proficiency with Windows OS, Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 administration.

  • Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing tools.

  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with the ability to work onsite full-time.

Note from the Hiring Manager

“We are looking for someone who thrives on helping others, enjoys solving a wide range of technical challenges, and takes pride in keeping our workplace running smoothly.”
