About the Opportunity
As an IT Receiving Analyst you will play a hands-on part in supporting end-user technology experiences, ensuring that hardware assets are accurately tracked, maintained, and delivered where they are needed most.
You will work closely with supplier management, operations teams, and internal stakeholders across the organization. Your work will directly support employees by keeping technology flowing smoothly, inventory accurate, and systems up to date. If you enjoy structured environments, operational problem-solving, and being the go-to person for keeping things organized, this role offers meaningful impact and stability.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll receive, inspect, and verify incoming hardware, ensuring accuracy and quality for end users.
- In this role, you’ll record and initiate goods receipts in SAP and ServiceNow while maintaining detailed asset records.
- You’ll manage inventory organization, stock levels, audits, and asset counts within the Head Office stockroom.
- You’ll coordinate packing, shipping, disposal, and recycling of hardware as required.
- You’ll collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support smooth operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a business analyst, receiving analyst, or in a similar operational role.
- Experience with ServiceNow, SAP, and/or SharePoint Online
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management and/or warehouse operations
- Strong experience working with stakeholders at any level of an organization
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines while working on multiple tasks
- Post secondary education in business administration or a related field
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
