Job Title - Organizational Change Management, OCM, and Training Specialist, Maximo MAS
Location - Hybrid, 2 to 3 days on site weekly across multiple locations in GTA, shift work required
Job Type - Contract, full time, 24 months, with possible extension
Compensation: $78 - $82 /h T4, $90/h inc
About the Opportunity
Join a high impact transformation that will modernize operations for a large municipal transit organization. As the OCM and Training Specialist, you will support the implementation and enhancement of the Maximo Application Suite, MAS, helping teams adopt new processes with confidence.
You will collaborate with a vendor OCM lead, a training lead, and project leadership to design human centered change strategies. Your work will help frontline unionized employees, supervisors, and executives embrace new ways of working that improve safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities
You will lead change impact analysis across roles, shifts, and work locations, identifying risks and mitigation plans.
You will develop targeted communications, facilitate workshops and focus groups, and build a change champion network.
You will partner with vendor OCM and training leads to align activities to milestones and evolving MAS configurations.
You will design and deliver blended training, classroom, virtual, and self paced, and track completion and proficiency.
You will monitor adoption, provide coaching during go live, and support sustainment and continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
7 plus years of progressive OCM experience on large technology programs. Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or PMP.
Strong facilitator and communicator with credibility across unionized frontline staff, supervisors, and leadership.
Experience creating blended learning, Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
Familiarity with IBM Maximo or comparable EAM systems and related operations and maintenance processes.
Strong organization, time management, and comfort with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
