As a hands-on DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in building, automating, and maintaining secure cloud infrastructure that enables reliable, scalable digital services.

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative engineering team that values curiosity, accountability, and shared learning. Working closely with architects and delivery partners, your work will help modernize cloud environments, streamline deployments, and strengthen operational resilience across meaningful, high-impact initiatives.

This is an environment where your ideas are welcomed, your expertise is respected, and your growth is actively supported through learning, mentorship, and access to certifications. With flexible hybrid work and a supportive culture, you’ll have the space to do your best work while making a tangible difference.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll build, manage, and optimize Azure infrastructure across compute, networking, storage, security, monitoring, and virtual desktop environments.

  • You’ll develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and ARM templates to ensure consistency and scalability.

  • You’ll design, enhance, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.

  • You’ll automate operational workflows using PowerShell, YAML, and Python or Bash scripting.

  • You’ll collaborate with architects and delivery teams to improve reliability and accelerate delivery.

  • You’ll monitor and troubleshoot systems using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana, and related tools.

  • You’ll support identity, access, and security best practices using Entra ID and RBAC policies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Azure Cloud and DevOps engineering roles.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.

  • Solid knowledge of Linux environments, containerization with Docker, and automation scripting.

  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Application Insights, Log Analytics, and Grafana.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a small, cross-functional team.

  • Azure certifications such as AZ-400, AZ-104, AZ-500, SC-300, or equivalent experience.
