You will work closely with program leadership, technical teams and business stakeholders to define and execute an enterprise testing approach that supports a greenfield implementation of a modern retail ERP ecosystem. You will work alongside talented technical and business teams, gain exposure to modern retail platforms and have a chance to guide testing excellence across an end to end enterprise landscape. This is a workplace that values partnership, clarity and a culture that supports balanced, human centered delivery.

Your Responsibilities
• You will design and execute the enterprise level test strategy for a complex, integrated ERP transformation.
• You will lead large cross functional testing teams and coordinate with multiple vendors and business units.
• You will create resource capacity plans and detailed UAT execution plans to guide business participation.
• You will oversee all phases of testing, including unit, SIT, performance, regression, end to end and user acceptance.
• You will coach quality teams on defect management, triage and reporting.
• You will communicate testing progress, risks and recommendations to Program and Executive Leadership.

Skills and Qualifications
• 10 plus years of progressive experience in QA and testing leadership within ERP or digital transformation programs.
• Proven background designing and delivering enterprise test strategies for integrated, multi system environments.
• Experience with retail ERP ecosystems such as SAP, Dynamics, Blue Yonder, Manhattan WMS, GK POS, Adobe and MuleSoft.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks, performance testing and defect root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated experience leading large testing teams and coordinating across technical and business groups.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
