About the Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to support a large-scale, enterprise transformation within a nonprofit organization. You will play a central coordination role in a multi-year modernization program that is reshaping systems, processes, and how teams work together. With a major system go-live just around the corner, your work will directly influence adoption, readiness, and long-term success.
Working closely with transformation leaders, change managers, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast-moving environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys working behind the scenes to make big initiatives run smoothly, and takes pride in detail, follow-through, and thoughtful communication.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll prepare pre-reads, agendas, decks, and materials to support leadership and stakeholder meetings.
- In this role, you’ll track milestones, follow up on action items, and maintain well-organized documentation using SharePoint Online.
- You’ll support change management activities by drafting internal communications, updates, and announcements.
- You’ll assist with Change Readiness Assessments, summarize insights, and support stakeholder engagement activities.
- You’ll help prepare and organize training materials, SOPs, and reference guides, ensuring strong version control.
- You’ll support dashboard reporting, RAID logs, and leadership summaries using Excel and PowerPoint.
- You'll support office move coordination and provide Executive Assistant coverage during planned and unplanned absences.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years in a coordinator, project administrator, or change-focused role.
- Hands-on experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) management.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Online.
- Strong experience creating dashboard reports, and preparing leadership summaries.
- Experience organizing and delivering training or learning materials.
- Extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.
