Working closely with an international team of 40+ professionals, you will collaborate across regions, functions, and stakeholder groups to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to large-scale programs. You’ll lead and deliver strategic, cross-functional projects from initiation through closure, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met.
In this role, you’ll manage detailed project plans, runbooks, risk logs, and communication plans.
You’ll collaborate with global workstreams to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and drive buy-in.
You’ll oversee project reporting, including status updates, Gantt charts, and presentations for program leadership.
You’ll proactively manage risks, scope changes, and dependencies, escalating issues when needed.
You’ll facilitate workshops, reviews, and sign-offs with business and technical stakeholders.
7+ years of progressive project management experience delivering complex initiatives
Strong knowledge of investment operations, including trade entry, settlement, and reconciliation
Experience within financial services or asset management environments
Proven ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and the broader Microsoft Office suite
PMP or formal project management certification is considered an asset
