This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact Project Manager role within a global financial services environment undergoing meaningful transformation. You will play a critical role in delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives that directly support investment operations and cash management processes.

Working closely with an international team of 40+ professionals, you will collaborate across regions, functions, and stakeholder groups to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to large-scale programs. Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll lead and deliver strategic, cross-functional projects from initiation through closure, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met.

  • In this role, you’ll manage detailed project plans, runbooks, risk logs, and communication plans.

  • You’ll collaborate with global workstreams to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and drive buy-in.

  • You’ll oversee project reporting, including status updates, Gantt charts, and presentations for program leadership.

  • You’ll proactively manage risks, scope changes, and dependencies, escalating issues when needed.

  • You’ll facilitate workshops, reviews, and sign-offs with business and technical stakeholders.


Skills and Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive project management experience delivering complex initiatives

  • Strong knowledge of investment operations, including trade entry, settlement, and reconciliation

  • Experience within financial services or asset management environments

  • Proven ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and the broader Microsoft Office suite

  • PMP or formal project management certification is considered an asset
