The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Multimedia Designer who loves bringing ideas to life and shaping how our brand shows up visually across everything we do.

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in design, but is also ready to operate with more independence and creative ownership. You have a sharp eye for typography, layout, colour, and detail, and you know how to apply brand guidelines in a way that feels both consistent and elevated.

You’ll work as part of a small, collaborative marketing team, leading the design and execution of materials across campaigns, sales, and internal initiatives. This role also plays an important part in maintaining and evolving our website experience through Webflow, so comfort working across digital platforms is key.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality.

This is an 15-month contract position starting late May/early June.

Please include a portfolio of your design work as part of your application (linked on your resume is best) so we can better understand your style and experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the design and execution of marketing materials across channels, including:
  • Social media graphics
  • Slide decks and presentations
  • Sales enablement materials
  • Email campaign visuals
  • Proposals and long-form documents
  • Internal materials and templates
  • Bring campaigns and ideas to life visually, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints
  • Edit and produce short-form video content for social media and internal use
  • Own website updates and page creation in Webflow using existing templates
  • Create and update landing pages to support campaigns and content
  • Continuously improve the visual experience and usability of the website
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all materials
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing and broader team to support campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and timelines

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design or multimedia design
  • Strong skills in layout, typography, colour, and visual composition
  • Proven experience creating polished, professional marketing materials
  • High proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience working in Webflow (or similar tool) and comfortable managing website updates
  • Experience editing video using digital editing tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
  • Someone who takes ownership of their work and proactively brings ideas forward
  • Comfortable working independently within a small, fast-moving team
  • Comfortable taking photos and recording videos in-office is a nice to have

Education

  • A degree or certificate in Graphic Design or a related field
