In this role, you will collaborate with IT, business, compliance, and data teams to design and implement secure, scalable solutions that protect sensitive data and systems. You will act as a strategic advisor and technical leader, helping the organization navigate complex security challenges while enabling innovation and growth.

What’s In It for You

You will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to high-impact initiatives, and play a key role in strengthening security practices across the organization.

If you are passionate about cybersecurity, enjoy solving complex challenges, and want to make a meaningful impact in a regulated environment, this position offers both leadership exposure and long-term growth.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll design and maintain enterprise security architecture across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
• You’ll lead security risk assessments, threat modeling, and architecture reviews to identify and mitigate risks.
• You’ll integrate security controls into DevSecOps pipelines and promote secure software development practices.
• You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• You’ll evaluate and implement security tools, including SAST, DAST, and vulnerability management solutions.
• You’ll provide strategic guidance and recommendations to leadership on security risks, frameworks, and best practices.
• You’ll support incident response planning and adapt security architecture to address emerging threats.

Skills and Qualifications
• 7+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, including 3+ years in security architecture roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, and OWASP.
• Experience with cloud security, application security, and modern security architecture principles.
• Hands-on experience with security tools, identity and access management, and vulnerability management.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices and secure coding standards.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or similar are considered strong assets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts clearly.

Note from the Hiring Manager
