Accounting Analyst & Office Manager
Location: Burlington, ON, On-site (5 days/week)

About the Opportunity
Our client, a growing organization in the distribution and retail space, is seeking an Office Manager with strong accounting expertise to help bring structure, accuracy, and scalability to their operations. This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of accounts payable and receivable while also ensuring the office runs smoothly day to day.
You will work closely with a small, collaborative team including leadership, an AR specialist, and external accounting partners. As the business continues to expand, your ability to introduce process improvements and strengthen financial controls will have a direct impact on efficiency and long-term success.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll oversee full-cycle accounts payable, ensuring accuracy, approvals, and timely payments
• You’ll manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations
• You’ll coordinate daily office operations, supporting administrative workflows and vendor relationships
• You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and reporting readiness
• You’ll identify opportunities to improve processes, policies, and overall efficiency
Skills and Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with strong AP and AR exposure
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to support a growing business
• Experience working in the grocery/produce industry considered an asset
• Experience using Famous ERP considered a strong asset
