  • Draft, review, and edit technical and business content for reports, strategy documents, and executive summaries.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging materials for non-technical audiences.
  • Support internal communications initiatives, including newsletters and intranet updates.
  • Develop and deliver multimedia materials and team announcements.
  • Support change management initiatives by developing targeted communications for impacted audiences.
  • Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a professional, polished appearance.
  • Gather and analyze feedback or engagement data to continuously improve the effectiveness and impact of communications.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuously seek feedback and iterate on deliverables for maximum impact.

  • 4–6 years’ experience in business communications, technical writing, or presentation development (preferably in technology or consulting).
