About the Opportunity
Altis Recruitment is partnering with a respected national health organization seeking an experienced RFP Consultant to lead a high-profile enterprise Learning Management System procurement. This role will support the Education and Procurement teams through a structured, multi-stage tendering process designed to modernize and enhance external learning products.

You will play a central role in shaping vendor selection, evaluation, and testing, ensuring a transparent, rigorous, and well-managed process. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will help drive clarity, alignment, and confidence at every stage of the RFP journey.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll assess vendor questionnaire responses and recommend a shortlist for use case presentations.
• In this role, you’ll develop and apply structured evaluation rubrics and weighted scoring frameworks.
• You’ll facilitate vendor presentations, stakeholder Q and A sessions, and in-depth interviews.
• You’ll coordinate the full RFP stage, serving as the primary vendor point of contact as required.
• You’ll lead the development of test plans and test cases, and project manage the testing period.
• You’ll analyze complex submissions and present structured findings to senior stakeholders.
• You’ll provide ongoing project management, documentation, and status reporting throughout the process.

Skills and Qualifications
• 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in procurement advisory, strategic sourcing, or enterprise software RFP management.
• Proven experience supporting at least two LMS procurement exercises of comparable scope and complexity.
• Demonstrated expertise managing multi-stage RFP processes from shortlist to final selection.
• Strong project management experience leading cross-functional evaluation teams.
• Exceptional analytical, documentation, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex vendor responses into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities.
