You will collaborate with senior executives, technical leaders, and business stakeholders to ensure programs are aligned, well-governed, and delivering measurable value. If you thrive in structured, high-visibility environments and enjoy bringing clarity to complexity, this role offers the platform to make a lasting impact.

You will gain exposure to large-scale transformation initiatives and work alongside experienced leaders who prioritize strong governance, innovation, and inclusive team dynamics.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll define program vision, scope, and multi-year roadmaps that align business priorities with enterprise technology strategy.
  • In this role, you’ll establish governance frameworks, including executive forums, reporting structures, and performance metrics.
  • You’ll oversee end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple concurrent program components.
  • You’ll manage program budgets, forecasts, vendor contracts, and resource allocation to ensure financial health and delivery excellence.
  • You’ll proactively identify risks, resolve cross-team dependencies, and drive transparent status reporting to senior leadership.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive IT program management experience leading large, complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • PMP, PgMP, ITIL, and Agile certifications preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience developing multi-year program roadmaps and overseeing full lifecycle delivery.
