About the Opportunity

Our client in the retail sector is seeking Recruitment Team Leads to drive seasonal and high-volume hiring initiatives across multiple regions. This is a strategic, hands-on role where you’ll lead intake planning, manage full-cycle recruitment activities, and partner closely with stakeholders to ensure hiring aligns with business priorities.

You’ll collaborate with regional leaders, store managers, HR partners, and recruitment team members to deliver efficient, compliant, and data-informed hiring processes. Your leadership and process improvement mindset will directly influence recruitment outcomes and overall team performance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive seasonal hiring efforts across regions, ensuring recruitment strategies align seamlessly with business goals and workforce needs.

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle in Workday—from crafting compelling job postings to managing candidate pipelines and ensuring compliance every step of the way.

  • Create and refine interview guides and hiring documentation, while coaching and mentoring new recruiters to elevate team performance.

  • Partner with stakeholders through regular updates, translating recruitment data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.

  • Lead recruitment audits and champion process improvements to boost efficiency, strengthen compliance, and enhance the overall hiring experience.



Skills and Qualifications

  • Progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including high-volume or seasonal hiring leadership.

  • Strong experience managing full-cycle recruitment using Workday or a comparable ATS.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead stakeholder meetings and present recruitment metrics to various audiences.

  • Experience mentoring recruiters and driving process improvements.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with a strong understanding of compliance standards.
