About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-established professional services organization, is seeking a Specialist, HR Systems and Reporting to support the delivery of accurate, insightful HR data and system solutions. This role sits at the intersection of HR, technology, and analytics, helping leaders make informed workforce decisions through reliable reporting and streamlined systems.

You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity, enhance reporting capabilities, and support ongoing system improvements. Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver standardized and complex HR reports and dashboards, including analysis and commentary.

  • In this role, you’ll maintain and enhance reporting databases, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and proper documentation for end users.

  • You’ll provide day-to-day support for HR systems, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with external vendors to deliver customized solutions.

  • You’ll support system maintenance cycles, testing, data mapping, and integration efforts to ensure one accurate source of truth.

  • You’ll contribute to projects such as new module implementations, enhancements, and training for internal stakeholders.


Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in HR systems, reporting, or process-focused roles within an HR environment.

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in the MS Office suite.

  • Experience with integrated HR or Payroll systems, UKG experience is considered an asset.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in report writing logic or Business Intelligence tools.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organization.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
