You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts by working through system-generated follow-ups and daily emails.
You’ll make outbound collection calls and handle inbound inquiries in both English and French.
You’ll negotiate payment arrangements and work with customers to resolve overdue balances.
You’ll document all interactions accurately across multiple internal systems.
You’ll consistently work toward monthly performance expectations, including call activity and dollars collected.
1+ year of customer service experience, retail or call centre experience is strongly valued.
Fully bilingual in French and English, written and spoken.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and staying proactive throughout the day.
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
Solid computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems, including Word and PDF tools.
