Job Description

Location: Mississauga, Hybrid, 2 days on-site per week (Mondays and Thursdays)
Language: Fully bilingual, fluent in spoken and written English and French
Duration: 12 month Contract

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts by working through system-generated follow-ups and daily emails.

  • You’ll make outbound collection calls and handle inbound inquiries in both English and French.

  • You’ll negotiate payment arrangements and work with customers to resolve overdue balances.

  • You’ll document all interactions accurately across multiple internal systems.

  • You’ll consistently work toward monthly performance expectations, including call activity and dollars collected.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, retail or call centre experience is strongly valued.

  • Fully bilingual in French and English, written and spoken.

  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and staying proactive throughout the day.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.

  • Solid computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems, including Word and PDF tools.
