About the Role
Are you a customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced call centre environment and enjoys problem-solving? Join a dynamic, fully remote team supporting a variety of programs for both B2B and B2C customers. This role is primarily inbound calls, with some outbound follow-up to verify information or assist customers who cannot send emails.

Your Responsibilities
- You will handle mostly inbound calls (30–50 per day, depending on shift) from a variety of customers, including sales representatives, B2B, and B2C clients.
- You will respond to customer emails and conduct outbound calls as needed to verify information or follow up on inquiries.
- You will use Dynamics 365 to manage customer interactions, update records, and track requests.
- You will assist customers across multiple programs, providing accurate, timely, and professional support.
- You will troubleshoot issues, gather information, and communicate solutions clearly and professionally.
- You will collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth workflow and coverage, including some flexibility around shifts.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1–3 years’ experience in a call centre environment is required.
- Bilingual – fluency in both English and Canadian French (written and verbal).
- Strong computer skills, including comfort with Dynamics 365 or similar CRM systems.
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a wide variety of customers.
Work Schedule
- Shifts typically range between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Exact schedules are set in advance, with flexibility for shift preferences and occasional swaps.
- Initial training and ramp-up will follow standard day shifts (8:00–4:30 or similar).
