Your Responsibilities

  • In this role, you'll oversee compliance audits and grid monitoring to identify potential cybersecurity risks or breaches.
  • You will lead detailed investigations into regulatory non-compliance, gathering evidence and recommending appropriate sanctions.
  • You'll coordinate with legal services to manage enforcement disputes, representing the organization during mediation or arbitration hearings.
  • In this position, you'll maintain the reliability framework (NERC or NIST) by developing policies and tools that keep investigative processes efficient.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity compliance, auditing, or regulatory investigations.
  • University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with a foundation in security practices.
  • Sharp analytical skills with the ability to interpret North American infrastructure protection standards.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical findings into clear reports and formal evidence.
