About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity to play a key role in building secure, scalable identity solutions that protect both enterprise systems and customer-facing platforms. As a Senior Developer specializing in Identity and Access Management, you will help shape how users authenticate, access, and interact with critical digital services.

You will join a collaborative technology team within a large, complex organization in the financial services sector. Working closely with architects, developers, and infrastructure partners, your work will directly impact security, reliability, and user experience across high-volume, mission-critical environments.

What’s In It for You
You will be part of a workplace that values technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and thoughtful problem-solving. This is an environment that supports continuous learning, encourages new ideas, and values collaboration across disciplines. You will gain exposure to enterprise-scale IAM platforms while contributing to solutions that matter.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll implement, configure, and support Ping Access Manager for authentication, authorization, and access management.
• In this role, you’ll deploy and optimize Ping Directory Server to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
• You’ll integrate Ping Identity solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and infrastructure components.
• You’ll design and customize authentication workflows including SSO, MFA, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
• You’ll troubleshoot complex IAM issues and support production environments.
• You’ll contribute to automation initiatives using CI/CD pipelines and scripting.
• You’ll participate in code reviews and maintain clear technical documentation.

Skills and Qualifications
• 10+ years of relevant, progressive experience in software development or IAM-focused roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Ping Access Manager and Ping Directory Server in enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of LDAP directory services, including operations, replication, and performance tuning.
• Experience integrating IAM platforms with applications and APIs.
• Proficiency in Java or similar backend technologies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical teams.

Note from the Hiring Manager
“We’re looking for someone who takes pride in building secure, reliable solutions and enjoys collaborating with others to solve complex challenges. If you’re hands-on and curious, you’ll feel right at home here.”
