In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team responsible for the financial, contractual, and operational backbone of demand-side programs. Working closely with finance, technology, legal, procurement, and program partners, you will help ensure initiatives are delivered with strong governance, fiscal responsibility, and a customer-first mindset.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll lead monthly financial settlements, reconciliations, accruals, and budget tracking to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- In this role, you’ll manage contracts and vendor relationships, addressing issues and ensuring service delivery meets financial and operational expectations.
- You’ll develop, document, and enforce financial and administrative controls across programs.
- You’ll analyze large financial data sets, prepare forecasts, and deliver variance analysis and reporting.
- You’ll collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues and enhance systems, processes, and controls.
- You’ll provide guidance, training, and oversight to junior team members and cross-functional contributors.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in financial operations, settlements, contract, or budget management
- University degree or equivalent education and experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, experience with Tableau is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
