Our client in the professional services sector is seeking a detail oriented Senior Analyst to join their Legal and Commercial Services team on a fully remote contract. In this role, you will work closely with sales, delivery and contract management teams to support contract drafting, negotiation and lifecycle management. Your work will help drive commercial outcomes, strengthen client relationships and reduce business risk.

You will support contract management teams across multiple projects, accounts and geographies.
In this role, you will engage with account leadership and client stakeholders to understand needs, priorities and opportunities.
You will help identify, escalate and resolve commercial and contractual risks in partnership with project and contract leadership.
You will assist with pre award sales activities, contributing to deal shaping discussions and drafting contract language.
You will build trusted relationships with client counterparts and collaborate effectively across cultures and locations.
2+ years of professional experience after graduation, ideally in contract management, legal operations or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Certification or membership with IACCM, NCMA or a similar organization is considered an asset.
Strong communication, collaboration and problem solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with both executives and non executives in a fast paced environment.
Comfort working with global teams and appreciation for diverse perspectives and styles.
