.NET/React Developer

As a key member of the development lifecycle, you will participate in requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and support phases, focusing on integration, automation, and delivering solutions aligned with defined roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy code as part of a distributed development team.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Integrate capabilities into production environments while managing technical dependencies (infrastructure, security, etc.).
• Collaborate across teams within Business Technology Solutions to support integration, share knowledge, and shape technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency with modern JavaScript libraries (React is essential).
• Experience with source code management tools (Git) and continuous testing/delivery practices.
• Strong understanding of industry standards, best practices, and Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft development stacks, including:
  • .NET, C#, Web API
  • Entity Framework
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Azure, NoSQL).
• Knowledge of distributed systems and service-oriented architecture.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud infrastructure and services (API Manager, REST services, Storage).
• Experience managing product backlogs with Azure DevOps.
• Background in reinsurance or Commercial/Specialty Insurance (bonus).
