  • Support project managers with resource planning, budget tracking, and vendor coordination.

  • Assist with project documentation, including charters, workflows, test plans, and training materials.

  • Ensure project tasks are completed on schedule and escalate risks or blockers as needed.

Business Process Analysis (50%)

  • Partner with business units to understand processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.

  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional documentation.

  • Map current vs. future-state workflows to support optimization and system changes.

  • Conduct gap analyses and make recommendations for process enhancements and automation.

  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test case development, execution, and defect tracking.

  • Assist in implementing new technologies or enhancements to existing systems.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Business, or related field.

  • 5 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or similar roles.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).

  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with IT systems, ERPs, SaaS platforms, or digital tools.

  • Proficiency with project tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana), documentation tools (Confluence), and MS Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Certifications such as CAPM, CBAP, ECBA, PMP, or Agile/Scrum preferred but not required.
