Project Manager - Educational Sector Talent Pool

We are building a pipeline of experienced technical Project Managers for one of our valued clients in the educational sector, located in Vancouver. This is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to have project management experience within the educational sector and expertise with Ellucian ERP systems, specifically Banner and Colleague.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee ERP implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage project resources, risks, and issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on project progress, using data to drive decisions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the educational sector.
• Hands-on experience managing projects involving Ellucian Banner and/or Colleague ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a hybrid work environment.
• PMP certification or equivalent is an asset.
