Project Manager - Educational Sector Talent Pool
We are building a pipeline of experienced technical Project Managers for one of our valued clients in the educational sector, located in Vancouver. This is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to have project management experience within the educational sector and expertise with Ellucian ERP systems, specifically Banner and Colleague.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee ERP implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage project resources, risks, and issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project progress, using data to drive decisions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the educational sector.
- Hands-on experience managing projects involving Ellucian Banner and/or Colleague ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a hybrid work environment.
- PMP certification or equivalent is an asset.
