Job Description
Summary of Role:
Focusing on developing change management strategies, communication, employee engagement, training, and stakeholder alignment, the Change Management Specialist plays a crucial role in the successful adoption of the Transition Program, including effective execution of change management strategy/plans to engage with cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working.
Qualifications include:
- 8+ years of experience in developing change management strategies.
- Expertise in communication and training planning and execution.
- Proven ability to collaborate on large-scale change initiatives.
- Start Date: February 3, 2025
- End Date: March 31, 2025, with potential extension.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management strategies for the adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Plan and implement communication and training programs to facilitate smooth organizational transitions.
- Collaborate with project teams to align stakeholders on program goals and deliverables.
- Monitor and report on change management progress using project metrics, addressing risks and opportunities.
- Drive stakeholder engagement to foster a culture of change readiness and organizational alignment.
Must-Have Skills or Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in developing change management strategies.
- 8+ years of experience in communication and training planning and execution.
- 8+ years of experience collaborating with project teams on large-scale change initiatives.
- 8+ years of experience with change management metrics and reporting.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in the transit or public sector.
- Familiarity with employee engagement and training methodologies.
