Job Description
Our client in the Manufacturing Industry is currently seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.
As a Customer Experience Specialist, your responsibilities will revolve around processing, analyzing, and verifying order information with precision and efficiency as well as customer follow up.
Location: Russell/Huntclub - Fully On-Site
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and process purchase orders promptly and with precision.
- Utilize a variety of resources, including databases, email communications, and the internet, to troubleshoot and gather information.
- Ensure prompt resolution of issues to facilitate timely completion of purchase orders.
- Effectively handle incoming calls to provide support to sales personnel, customers, and distributors.
- Manage customer service requests, including order modifications and maintenance of customer information files.
- Process return authorization requests and rebates as needed.
- Generate and distribute reports and order acknowledgments to relevant staff members.
- Provide general office and clerical support to the company's administrative team.
- Follow up with customers to ensure exceptional service levels.
- Support inside sales by assisting customers and following up on lead generation and chat line inquiries.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar customer service role.
- Bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset.
- Experience in assessing customer needs and offering effective solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Understanding of customer relationship and service best practices.
- Capability to handle high call volumes with a positive outlook.
- Proficient in navigating through multiple computer applications. (Salesforce, SAP and MS suites)
- Call center experience considered an asset.
- Please note that location is accessible by bus with a 10-15 minute walk.
