Job Description
One of our clients is in the process of migrating and deploying several services for its employees on the ServiceNow platform. They are is looking for a specialized ServiceNow programmer who will contribute to the ongoing development projects. This contract is for approximately 5-6 months , full time, fully remote.
Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages.
- Design and implement modules, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and catalog items.
- Create and configure forms, lists, and reports.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and applications.
- Implement automation using ServiceNow Orchestration and Flow Designer.

Requirement Analysis:
- Gather and analyze user requirements to understand business needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Technical Documentation:
- Document technical designs, specifications, and solutions.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation for developed applications, configurations, and customizations.
- Create user guides and training materials for end-users and support teams.

ServiceNow Administration:
- Perform administrative tasks such as configuring user accounts, roles, and permissions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations for efficiency.
- Maintain data integrity through record audits and regular clean-up processes.

Incident Resolution:
- Respond to and resolve ServiceNow-related incidents and service requests within agreed-upon SLAs.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Qualifications and Skills
- 8-10 years of development experience with ServiceNow APP Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, Microsoft Azure, Azure Repos, GitHub.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong experience in software development, software architecture, data structures, algorithms, and software development life cycle models.
- Proficiency in the French language.
- The initial duration of the assignment can be extended or renewed as needed for similar tasks.
