You’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners in Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal, and Operations to ensure informed decision-making and financial stewardship.

This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy and execution - helping translate complex operational realities into actionable financial insights that drive value and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning and analysis for strategic and capital projects, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and accountability.
  • Develop robust business cases, cost-benefit models, and productivity analyses to inform investment decisions.
  • Partner with senior leaders to align financial forecasts and performance metrics with corporate objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day project financials, ensuring compliance with internal policies and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Design and enhance budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to improve financial visibility and efficiency.
  • Conduct process improvement reviews and establish meaningful KPIs to track performance and value creation.
  • Lead a small team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation required.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related strategic finance roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and guide team members.
  • Experience supporting large-scale IT, infrastructure, or capital investment projects.
  • Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), and Excel-based financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical thinking and business acumen with the ability to interpret and present complex data clearly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident engaging with senior management and cross-functional partners.
