You’ll work in a people-focused, collaborative culture where communication and initiative are valued. This role offers exposure to high-volume project accounting, professional development opportunities, and a supportive environment that encourages growth. You’ll develop advanced Excel and project management system skills, learning directly from senior team members and Partners while contributing to meaningful client outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll prepare client invoices and monitor invoice aging, assisting with timely cash collections
  • In this role, you’ll maintain project setups in Deltek Vantagepoint, ensuring accurate coding and compliance
  • You’ll support accounts receivable and administrative accounting functions for multiple projects
  • You’ll follow up with project teams, clients, and sub-consultants to resolve outstanding items
  • You’ll assist with audit processes and financial reporting as needed

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of accounting or project accounting experience, ideally in engineering, construction, or architecture
  • Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint for project setup is an asset
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, tracking, and reporting
  • Ability to work independently, manage volume, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Confident communicator, comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and Partners
