You will be responsible for end-to-end fabrication including setting teeth, processing, finishing, and performing repairs, relines, and adjustments.

As a key member of a custom, high-output dental lab, you will contribute to a craftsmanship-driven environment and collaborate closely with both colleagues and dentists. If you’re someone who’s passionate about the art and science of removable prosthetics, and thrives in a production-sensitive, detail-driven lab, we want to hear from you.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Independently fabricate full and partial dentures, from start to finish
  • Perform relines, repairs, adjustments, and refinements to prosthetics
  • Ensure each case meets strict quality standards for fit, function, and aesthetics
  • Read and interpret dental prescriptions and work orders accurately
  • Collaborate with dentists or team leads as needed to clarify specs or resolve challenges
  • Participate in internal quality control, case tracking, and workflow improvements
  • Contribute to a lab culture that values precision, consistency, and artistry

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in removable prosthetics (minimum)
  • Deep understanding of dental anatomy and occlusion
  • Exceptional manual dexterity, attention to detail, and visual aesthetic sense
  • Familiarity with analog lab tools and techniques; exposure to digital tools is an asset
  • Ability to work independently in a custom job-shop manufacturing environment
  • Comfortable reading lab prescriptions and production orders

Education

  • Diploma in Dental Technology

Nice-to-Haves

  • CDT certification is an asset, but not mandatory.

Benefits

  • Health, dental and vision.
  • 3 weeks' vacation.
  • Company will support further education or certificates.
