Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Order Entry  to support our busy custom manufacturing operations. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where you'll work closely with the Head of Administration to ensure timely processing of customer orders, accurate invoicing, and seamless day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience, who is eager to learn, can hit the ground running, and is comfortable navigating multiple tasks at once.

- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 4 month contract to start 
- Fully on-site, located in Markham 



Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming B2B sales orders via phone and email

  • Convert orders into quotes and prepare accurate invoices for dealers

  • Maintain and update Excel-based work order forms and internal order tracking spreadsheets

  • Provide general administrative support to the Head of Administration

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment

  • Monitor order status and follow up as needed to ensure smooth workflow

  • Assist with reporting and document management as directed


Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or order entry/customer service role

  • Intermediate Excel skills (able to work with existing spreadsheets, enter formulas, and input data accurately)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain focused under pressure

  • Highly organized, dependable, and proactive

  • Experience in a custom manufacturing or logistics environment is an asset, but not required
