PART TIME Event Coodinrator
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Part-Time Event Coordinator to join our team for weekend shifts. This role is perfect for someone passionate about weddings, enjoys working with people, and thrives in fast-paced environments. You'll work closely with couples, vendors, and staff to ensure every wedding runs smoothly and is a memorable experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the on-site point of contact for weddings held during your shift
Coordinate timelines and ensure smooth execution of ceremony and reception
Liaise with vendors (caterers, photographers, decorators, etc.) and venue staff
Manage setup and teardown based on couple's vision and event plans
Troubleshoot any last-minute issues with grace and professionalism
Support couples and guests with any needs during the event
Ensure adherence to venue policies, safety protocols, and event contracts
Qualifications:
Prior experience in event coordination, hospitality, or customer service
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems on the fly
Highly organized, dependable, and detail-focused
Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturdays, and Sundays)
Passion for weddings and creating unforgettable guest experiences
