Job Description

We’re looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead innovative digital strategies across multiple channels, with a focus on enhancing customer experience and driving brand growth in the Canadian market. This position plays a key role in managing digital advertising, e-commerce operations, email marketing, social media presence, and public relations efforts.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a proven track record in DTC marketing, campaign performance optimization, and content-driven customer engagement.

Primary Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop detailed campaign briefs that align with brand positioning and commercial targets.

  • Collaborate with media partners and creative teams to ensure campaigns are tailored to local market needs.

  • Set and manage budgets for digital initiatives, aligning with leadership to prioritize investment across channels.

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.

  • Present regular insights and actionable reporting to guide marketing decisions.

E-Commerce & Website Optimization

  • Oversee the Canadian direct-to-consumer (DTC) website experience, ensuring that product presentation, navigation, and promotions are optimized for user engagement.

  • Drive traffic and revenue by refining merchandising strategies and leveraging analytics to inform content adjustments.

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure product availability, timely updates, and a cohesive digital storefront experience.

  • Lead initiatives to boost key performance indicators such as conversion rate, customer retention, average order value, and site traffic.

Customer Lifecycle & Email Marketing

  • Design and implement targeted email marketing strategies that support the customer journey—from acquisition to loyalty.

  • Manage campaign production including creative briefs, content approvals, QA, and deployment schedules.

  • Use marketing automation platforms to launch lifecycle initiatives (e.g., welcome journeys, abandoned cart recovery, reactivation campaigns).

  • Continuously optimize engagement through segmentation, A/B testing, and content personalization.

  • Maintain email list health and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Social Media & Brand Communications

  • Lead the creation and rollout of compelling social media campaigns that align with broader brand goals.

  • Partner with agencies and influencers to amplify content and maintain a strong brand presence across key platforms.

  • Engage with followers and manage interactions during high-visibility campaigns or time-sensitive escalations.

  • Analyze performance data across channels and recommend course corrections to maximize ROI.

  • Explore collaboration opportunities with content creators, partners, and media to elevate brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including hands-on work in CRM/email, DTC commerce, and social media.

  • Proficient with marketing and analytics tools such as Salesforce (or similar), CMS platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO practices.

  • Experience managing web merchandising and consumer-facing digital campaigns in a B2C environment.

  • Ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into action.

  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

  • Experience working with agencies and third-party vendors.

  • Bilingualism in English and French is a plus.
