Job Description
Our valued Federal Government client is currently seeking a Web Multi-Media Consultant with expertise in user research and user-centered design to develop and undertake the redesign of their website and to shape the modernization of their digital online presence and service delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create, finalize, and approve the detailed work plan with the project owner
- Consult the existing body of user research
- Create and design the mockups, wireframes, and working prototypes of the newly redesigned functionalities and sections of the website based on the existing user research findings ensuring accessibility, Canada.ca design requirements and the Canada.ca style guidelines are being

Qualifications and Skills
- 10+ years of experience in User Experience Design
- Experience with the following tasks on at least five (5) projects:
- Analyzing program/service operational data and statistics
- Analyzing website and social media analytics
- Analyzing census or third-party research
- Planning and conducting interviews with target audiences
- Developing and administering online usability testing
- Reviewing and comparative analysis of similarly mandated organizations
- Analyzing trade and economic data
