- Support the online donation system, coordinating with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and assist with donor relations, refunds, and inquiries.
- Contribute to the development of donor surveys and feedback tools to inform future engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with external partners to optimize the impact of the Google Ads Grant.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong track record of developing multi-channel strategies that drive engagement and revenue.

- Proficient in using Mailchimp to design, execute, and measure the success of email marketing campaigns.
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, HTML, CSS, campaign analytics, and end-to-end digital campaign execution.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working in the non-profit sector is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Raiser’s Edge, Luminate Online, Salesforce, and/or Fundraise Up is considered an asset.
