Job Description

Our client in the Non-Profit industry is hiring for a Bilingual Client Services Coordinator to support their team on a full time, permanent basis! This is an exciting opportunity working in a hybrid working model, 2 days onsite in Mississauga, 3 days remotely.

Position Overview:
You’ll help clients stay compliant with electronic recycling regulations across Canada, support account management, and assist with reporting and invoicing questions.

The successful candidate will be fluently bilingual in both English/French and have previous experience in client services with a good financial understanding. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Guide clients through recycling regulations and compliance steps

  • Manage client accounts and ensure timely reporting and remittances

  • Follow up on documentation and support invoicing

  • Help resolve issues with service providers

  • Keep accurate records and perform basic audit checks

  • Take on other administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-3 Years of experience in customer service or administrative roles

  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask

  • Fluently Bilingual in English/French. Testing is required.

  • Good knowledge of accounting or finance is an asset

  • Experience in environmental compliance is a plus

  • Able to work rotating shifts (7 am–3 pm, 9 am–5 pm, 11 am–7 pm) at our Mississauga office
