Call Center Agent
Join our client in the insurance industry as a Customer Service Representative! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to be part of a dedicated team on a 2-week contract, with the potential for extension. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your customer service skills in a supportive environment.
Languages available: English, French Spanish
Hours: Must be available Monday to Sunday for various shift options.
Remote anywhere in Canada, must have your own equipment.
Must be available as of April 8th.
Contract - 2 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls from customers regarding breaches, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Issue Resolution: Analyze customer issues and work diligently to resolve them within the required timeframe.
- Effective Communication: Engage in thoughtful questioning to identify and clarify customer concerns.
- Reporting: Summarize customer inquiries and escalate to management as needed for further attention.
- Exceptional Service: Deliver outstanding customer service and meet all deadlines effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively over the phone.
- Customer Focus: A friendly and professional demeanor, paired with excellent active listening skills.
