Job Description
Our established real estate client is urgently seeking a Leasing Agent to join their team in Vancouver. The Leasing Agent is responsible to assist prospective residents throughout the rental process, ensuring a seamless experience with exceptional customer service.
This role includes a base salary plus commissions and offers 3-weeks' vacation, health & dental benefits, RRSP matching, and more!
The position has weekday shifts from 10 AM to 7 PM and weekend shifts from 10 AM to 4 PM, with the flexibility to choose two days off per week, including one on the weekend.
Responsibilities:
- Handle rental inquiries, enter leads in CRM, and track traffic data.
- Conduct property tours, assess prospective residents' needs, and promote properties.
- Facilitate applications, verify suitability, collect deposits, and optimize occupancy.
- Ensure properties are show-ready, manage walk-ins, and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing, track competitor trends, and provide feedback on incentives.
- Adhere to regulations and support lease renewals.
Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma is required; post-secondary education in sales or marketing is an asset.
- At least two years of leasing experience.
- Rental Property Management License with BCFSA is required.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Experience with Salesforce and Yardi is an asset.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
