Property Manager
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking to hire a professional and results-driven Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of AAA commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high occupancy rates, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing the financial performance of the properties. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage a premium portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of AAA commercial properties, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring high retention rates.
Monitor and manage property budgets, financial reporting, and operating expenses to maximize profitability.
Negotiate and administer leases, renewals, and tenant improvement projects in accordance with company policies.
Collaborate with leasing teams to attract and secure high-quality tenants.
Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure high service quality and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
Implement strategic property management initiatives to enhance value and long-term investment returns.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on property performance and market trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in commercial property management, preferably with AAA properties.
Strong knowledge of lease administration, financial management, and property maintenance.
Proven track record of managing high-end commercial properties with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, MRI, or similar platforms).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Certified Property Manager designation is a plus.
