Job Description
Social Media Support Agent
Location: St. Catharines, ON
Client: Social Media & Advertising
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
Pay: $19.23/hour+ + $1000 bonus
Positions Available: Multiple
Duration: 12 month contract with potential for extension or permanency
Shift: Hours may vary between 35-44 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for social media Creators, providing guidance on platform use and strategies.
- Educate and consult with partners on how to optimize social media performance.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key performance metrics and trends to partners.
- Manage an existing portfolio of ~300 accounts, handling outreach via text, phone, and email.
- Proactively identify and develop new relationships, responding to marketing leads and scheduling outreach to both new and legacy partners.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Service.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 6 months of experience in Marketing, Social Media, or Sales (internship or work).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Quick learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with social media platforms.
- Familiarity with online advertising products and digital marketing.
- Strong computer skills with technical expertise.
