Job Description

Job Title: Data Entry Administrator

Employment Type: Temporary (March 1 – September 1, 2025)
Compensation: $21/hour
Work Arrangement: Fully Remote

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Administrator to support their data migration project. In this role, you will play a critical part in transferring, organizing, and maintaining accurate data records during a system upgrade. This position is fully remote and is paying $21/h.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in designated systems and platforms.
  • Assist in the migration of data. 
  • Verify data integrity and ensure all entries meet quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors during the data migration process.
  • Follow established procedures and adhere to project timelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide regular updates on progress.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data entry software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.

Schedule:
This is a temporary position running from March 1, 2025, to September 1, 2025. Candidates must be available for the full duration of the project.
