Job Description
We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage and process payroll data, ensuring compliance with policies and collective agreements. Key responsibilities include preparing payroll and time-reporting data, responding to employee inquiries, maintaining audit documentation, and providing payroll-related advice. The role also involves participating in the design and testing of payroll systems.
This role has the opportunity to be fully remote, or hybrid - as per your preference!
Length of Contract: 3 Months
State Date: ASAP
Qualifications:
- College diploma or certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or PCP designation (preferred).
- 1-3 years of payroll experience, with a preference for ADP Workforce Now.
- HR experience in payroll/labor relations is a plus.
- Accounting background is advantageous.
- Experience in a unionized environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
