Location: North York, ON (Hybrid) 
Pay Rate: $37.50 per hour. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze retail data to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions.
• Develop predictive models using machine learning algorithms.
• Create data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to understand business needs.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess retail strategies.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Expertise in data wrangling and preparation.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
