Job Description

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence? We’re seeking an Warehouse Team Lead to join our high-performance team in the Brampton area! In this critical role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, leading a talented team to achieve outstanding results while ensuring smooth, efficient processes across production, inventory management, and quality control. This is a Monday to Friday position where your leadership will inspire growth, efficiency, and innovation.

Pay rate: $25-28/hr 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of operations professionals, ensuring they meet and exceed operational goals and targets.
  • Oversee the seamless execution of production schedules, inventory management, and quality control to ensure the highest standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to spearhead continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices that elevate operational performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance, identify areas of opportunity, and drive positive change.
  • Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring adherence to safety protocols, creating a secure and productive work environment for all team members.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and constructive feedback to foster personal and professional growth within your team.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations management, with a preference for candidates in the CPG industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and achieving measurable results.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable working with ERP systems.
