Content Marketing Manager (SEO/Social Media)
Altis is excited to partner with a leading firm in search of a talented Content Marketing Manager (SEO/social media) to spearhead their content initiatives. We seek a strategic storyteller to join their team, shaping and executing content strategies across social media and SEO. As the Content Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with diverse teams, crafting compelling content, maintaining brand identity, and driving organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- KPI Focus: Drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation in B2C and B2B markets.
- Collaboration: Partner with Communications and other departments to devise content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Multichannel Content: Address content needs across various platforms, including blogs, social media, apps, websites, and emails.
- Member Stories: Curate and manage Member Stories to highlight brand values.
- Creative Collaboration: Brief internal and external teams for content creation.
- AI Tools Utilization: Utilize AI tools for content creation and management.
- Short-Form Content: Develop concise content for financial confidence.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze publishing results for performance enhancement.
Social Media:
- Strategic Direction: Define organic social media strategy and identify new channel opportunities.
- Campaign Development: Devise campaigns aligned with engagement targets and follower growth.
- Team Oversight: Manage end-to-end execution by the social media team.
- Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Boosting: Guide content boosting for maximum engagement.
- Social Listening: Engage with and monitor community feedback across platforms.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in a Content Marketing Manager role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI tools, digital platforms, and web analytics.
- SEO Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
- Creativity: Ability to develop engaging content and adapt to trends.
- Collaboration: Proficient in collaborating with stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Financial Industry is an asset.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with photography, videography, and editing applications is advantageous.
