Job Description

Altis is actively recruiting on behalf of our client in the insurance industry to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. If you hold your LLQP license and have experience working in any sales environment, this role for you!

The Licensed Sales Representative is responsible for inbound calls from clients regarding their insurance policy. The agent is responsible for delivering professional and timely service to the client.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from clients regarding their insurance policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and policy-related questions
  • Assist clients with policy updates, coverage changes, and claims procedures
  • Offer appropriate insurance products and services based on client needs and requirements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer loyalty and retention
  • Keep accurate records of all client interactions and update client information as necessary
  • Collaborate with team members and management to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients

Qualifications and Skills

  • Valid LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) certification
  • Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
